The Pneumatic Centering Clamping Fixture represents a sophisticated workholding solution featuring continuously adjustable clamping forces ranging from 20 kN to 40 kN, regulated via compressed air up to 5 bar. This self-locking system maintains secure grip without sustained air pressure, offering exceptional stability for precision machining operations. With a standardized 200mm stud pitch for base unit mounting, the fixture accommodates both automated operation through 4-channel clamping pots and manual control via compressed air gun. The system requires lubricated compressed air for operation and features convenient side-mounted lubricating nipples for weekly maintenance. Optional clamping jaws and retrofittable pneumatic drive variants (5-20 kN) enhance its versatility for diverse manufacturing applications.

Pneumatic centring clamping fixture. Clamping forces continuously adjustable from 20 kN to 40 kN via the compressed air (max. 5 bar). The compressed air is no longer needed after the clamping (self-locking). Stud pitch 200 mm for mounting on the base unit.
Application:
For centered clamping of components. Suitable for automated operation via 4-channel clamping pots, but also manually using a compressed air gun and side connections.
Note:
Clamping jaws available as an option. Lubricated compressed air is required for opening/closing. Pneumatic drive with clamping forces of 5 kN to 20 kN available as an option, can also be retro-fitted. Lubricating nipples on the side for easy weekly lubrication with Castrol Optimol Paste PL (26458).
